Email is an essential component of our day-to-day communication.
When we utilize our Gordon County Schools email, we create and reinforce our personal and professional image. Not only do we represent ourselves, but our department, school, and the GCS system as a whole.

An email signature is your official digital business card and represents your official association with Gordon County Schools. All email signatures should comply with the Gordon County Schools visual identity guidelines. Email signatures may only include information contained in the fields of the email generator, and any confidentiality notice as needed.

About the Email Generator
If you are using the Microsoft Outlook Application(App): When you paste the email signature, the spacing will be correct. You should not need to change any spacing.
If you are using Microsoft Outlook Online: When you paste the email signature, the spacing may look incorrect. If you come across this, the official fix from Microsoft is to manually edit it by adding in an extra line of spacing. That will cause it to display correctly.
For Example: If there is a line break between 2 lines, you may need to add an additional line break for the spacing to appear correctly online.
The Apple Mail App does not currently support the use of this email signature. When this feature becomes available, we will post it on the communication website and send out via the newsletter.
